Express Shipping

• All express shipments are handled by reputed couriers like FedEx, UPS, Sequel, and more. These are usually trackable.
• Special Note for Belgium: Orders above $540 USD will incur a shipping charge of $110 USD.

Shipping Within India

1. What does “Days to Dispatch” mean?
“Days to Dispatch” is the time we need to prepare and hand over your package to the courier.

• Loose gemstones: Typically dispatched in 1–3 days.
• Gemstones set in jewelry: Usually dispatched in 4–5 days.
• With additional lab certificate: May take longer.

2. How long does delivery take?

• USA (Metro areas): 1–3 days from dispatch
• USA (Non-metro): 2–7 days from dispatch
• Within India: Approximately 3 days
  Dispatch times depend on the product and are mentioned on the product page.

3. Is my shipment safe?
Yes! All orders are securely packed in durable, tamper-evident packaging and insured at no extra cost.

4. Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID. Track your package via FedEx, Aramex, and other partners.

5. Are there any hidden costs?
None. The price you see at checkout is all-inclusive. We take care of any applicable octroi or additional charges.

2. Do you offer Free International Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Express Worldwide Shipping for orders above $280 USD.
These are sent via FedEx, Aramex, etc., and delivered in 8–10 days.

3. What shipping options are available?

• Orders under $280:
  • Postal Shipping (8–11 days)
  • Express Shipping (6–8 days)
    (Both are subsidized. Example: Express Shipping to Canada is CA$60; to several European countries, approx. EUR 40)
• Flat Rate Postal Shipping ($11):

4. Any shipping restrictions?
Yes. Some couriers have restrictions on natural gemstones or gold jewelry.

• If needed, we’ll use EMS SpeedPost (delivery: 5–15 days) or an alternate courier.

Note: Postal shipments may not be trackable in some cases. All express shipments are fully trackable.

5. What about customs, duties, and VAT?

• Customs charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping fee.
• For reference:
  • USA, Canada, Europe: No import duty on loose gemstones.
  • Other countries: Typically around 1%.
  • VAT may be reclaimable for professional buyers.
• If you reject or cancel an order after dispatch, you are liable for custom duties and VAT. Refunds are issued only after return and fee deductions.

• Sent via trusted couriers like FedEx
• Insured at no extra charge
