Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Returns are subject to inspection by our team.
- Damages resulting from neglect or improper use are not covered.
- Products should be accompanied by the original certificate, invoice, packaging, and any related documentation.
Returns for Loose Gemstones:
You may return loose gemstones within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the gemstone’s purchase price. Please note that shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
Returns for Custom Jewelry:
Custom-made jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you initiate a return within 15 days of delivery, you may receive store credit equivalent to 75% of the invoice value for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy:
- Canceling a jewelry order will incur a deduction of 25% of the total purchase price as making charges.
- For orders where jewelry costs exceed 25% of the purchase price, the full jewelry cost will be deducted upon cancellation.
- If paid certification was opted for, the certification cost is non-refundable upon order cancellation.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
- Additional lab certification fees are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the product.

Custom jewelry cannot be returned for a refund. However, you may receive store credit worth 75% of the invoice value if the return is initiated within 15 day of delivery.

- Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization.
- Ensure all original items (certificate, invoice, packaging, etc.) are included.
- Pack the items securely and use a reputable courier with package insurance.
- Share the courier tracking information with us.
- Avoid mentioning “FreeDiscuz” or any gemstone/jewelry-related terms on the package to prevent undue attention.
